PUMA Creatives wokeup to the idea of delving into the scientific realm to create a sneaker range that matches street culture with innovations. No doubt this range is built to inspire a whole generation.
Celebrating 20 years of sneaker’s history and heritage, the all-new CELL Venom OVERKILL is designed to illuminate the whole town. Recreating its OG vibes from 1998, the sneakers drop in Illusion Blue and PUMA White colourway, featuring a gradation of blue, toxic neon yellow and white, with reflective inserts that further emphasize the radiation. With retro materials like suede, leather and classic mesh on the upper, the OVERKILL print on the lateral side and CELL logo on the heel and eyestay completes the look.
Taking it a notch higher, OVERKILL has also produced a high-class film that creates a world around the sneaker’s name and portrays the untold story behind it. Set in a futuristic, post-apocalyptic Berlin contaminated with radioactivity, classic cinema posters spread all over the city completes the video. The video will be released on OVERKILL’s YouTube Channel on March 22.
