Former Weinstein Co. Human Resources director Frank Gil, would not get a the whopping $450,000 payout he was promised he claimed was promised to him by the company. Frank has claims that Mr. Harvey Weinsten himself had promised him the money after he was instructed to conduct in internal investigation and report on who and how did New Times came about the Story of massive sexual abuse/sexual harassment they ran on October 6th, 2017 on Mr. Weinsten.
The New York Times story which melted an irreparable reputation damages to the Weintein Co. and its associate companies. Few days later after the said promise, Frank Gill resigned while Weinstein was dropped from his executive position of the company.
Internal investigation ordered by harvey weinstein pointed to his own brothers
According to Gil, his internal investigations within the Weistein Co. as to who and how the sexual story licked to the New York Times that causes that damaging publication by the news outlet, his findings and reports pointed at Harvey Weintein brothers Bob and David Weinstein who are both executives of the company.
Gil in his Lawsuit stated that Glasser and Bob Weinstein suspended him in retaliation for the leak probe and for his knowledge of illicit payments. Including knowledge of the sexual harassment story leaks.
“As a result of these false published statements, Mr. Gil has been blacklisted from the entertainment industry and remains out of work since October 2017,” the suit alleges.
